We come to meet each of our clients face to face in your place of work to understand your culture and ways of working so we can best tailor the away day to meet your needs.

We offer and have experience doing a huge number of activities from scavenger hunts for hundreds of people to building company values. We sit down with you to understand your objectives and carefully craft an activity to deliver your objectives.

Once we understand the outline of your away day we start the process of sourcing a venue that will work best for your event. We are always keep an open mind when looking at venues and proud ourselves on not using the ‘run of the mill’ venues – some of the best spaces are some of the least well known. We can also take care of event transport.

Absolutely – we love running away days up and down the UK and even oversees.

We do this through understand your company culture, getting to know your people and using this knowledge to carefully select the structure of the away day to ensure engagement.

It’s key all dietary requirements are met during an away day. We will work closely with the venue or catering partners to ensure all dietary requirements are catering for on the event day. People always remember the food!

On the event day you can expect to sit back and relax as our facilitators and hosts take charge of the day. The role of the facilitators and hosts is to ensure the day runs to plan, we stick to timings, they lead activities and most important of all ensure your objectives are achieved.

We can support capture the day into a write-up document, photograph the day and often make videos from the day. These can be used in your internal communications and also to showcase your company culture.
